• All products are printed only after an order is placed

• Actual product color, print placement, and fabric texture may vary slightly
• Such minor variations are normal and do not qualify as defects
• Customers must review product details and size charts carefully before ordering

3. Orders & Payments

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment
• Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled
• Prices and availability may change without prior notice
• Frebly reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Order dispatch time: 2–3 business days
• Estimated delivery time: 7–10 business days
• Delivery timelines are estimated, not guaranteed
• Delays due to courier partners, weather, strikes, or external factors are not refundable

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

5. Refunds, Returns & Replacements

• All products sold on Frebly are custom printed
• No returns or refunds are allowed
• Replacement may be considered only in case of:
  • Major manufacturing defect
  • Completely incorrect product delivered

Claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof.
All decisions made by Frebly are final and binding.

6. User Responsibilities

By using frebly.in, you agree that you will:

• Not misuse the website or its services
• Not raise false claims, chargebacks, or payment disputes

Any violation may result in account suspension or order cancellation without refund.
