At Frebly, all products are custom printed on demand. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the delivery terms mentioned below.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

• Orders are processed only after successful payment
• Order dispatch time is 2–3 business days
• Once an order is confirmed and sent for printing, it cannot be modified or cancelled

2. Delivery Timeline

• Estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days after dispatch
• Delivery timelines are approximate and not guaranteed
• Delivery time may vary based on:
  • Customer location
  • Courier partner
  • Weather conditions, festivals, strikes, or other unforeseen factors

Delays caused by courier or external factors are not eligible for refund.

3. Address Responsibility

• Customers must provide a complete and correct delivery address
• Frebly is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by:
  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Wrong phone number
  • Customer unavailable at the time of delivery

Orders returned due to address issues are not refundable. Re-shipping charges will apply.

4. Failed or Refused Deliveries

• If delivery fails due to customer-related reasons, the order may be returned
• Orders refused or not accepted by the customer are not eligible for refund
• Re-delivery (if allowed) will require additional charges

5. Delivery Confirmation

• Once the courier marks the order as delivered, the order is considered completed
• Frebly is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage after delivery

6. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
• Additional delivery or re-shipping charges must be paid by the customer

7. Final Authority

All delivery-related decisions made by Frebly are final and binding.
