Affiliate Terms of Service

Welcome to the Frebly Affiliate Program.
By registering for and participating in the Frebly Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not participate in the program.

1. Definitions

• “Frebly”, “we”, “our”, or “us” refers to Frebly and its operators.
• “Affiliate”, “you”, or “your” refers to a registered user whose affiliate account becomes active after email verification.
• “Affiliate Account” means an account created after successful registration and email verification.
• “Commission” means earnings generated from valid referral sales.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Frebly Affiliate Program:

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must complete the registration process and verify your email address.
• Accounts are activated automatically after successful email verification.
• Frebly reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Registration & Account Activation

• Affiliate registration is open to eligible users.
• An affiliate account becomes active only after email verification.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in account suspension.
• Each individual or business is allowed one affiliate account only.

4. Affiliate Links & Tracking

• Affiliates are provided with a unique referral link.
• Tracking is cookie-based and subject to system rules.
• Self-referrals are strictly prohibited.
• Attempts to manipulate tracking or cookies will result in account termination and forfeiture of earnings.

5. Commission Structure

• Commission rates and types are defined by Frebly and may change over time.
• Commissions are earned only on successful and completed transactions.
• Commissions are not earned on canceled, refunded, or fraudulent orders.
• Frebly’s tracking and reporting data shall be considered final.

6. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must not:

• Use spam, misleading advertisements, or false claims
• Misrepresent Frebly products or services
• Engage in self-referrals or fake orders
• Use Frebly’s brand name in paid ads without written permission
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Violation of these rules may lead to immediate account suspension.

7. Commission Reversal

Commissions may be reversed or canceled if:

• A referred order is refunded or canceled
• Fraudulent or abusive activity is detected
• A violation of these Terms occurs

Reversed commissions will be removed from the affiliate balance.

8. Payouts

• Affiliates may request payouts after reaching the minimum payout threshold.
• Supported payout methods include Bank Transfer and UPI.
• Accurate payout details must be provided by the affiliate.
• Frebly is not responsible for failed payouts caused by incorrect information.
• Payouts may be delayed for verification or security checks.

9. Taxes & Compliance

• Affiliates are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or legal obligations related to their earnings.
• Frebly does not withhold or pay taxes on behalf of affiliates unless required by law.

10. Intellectual Property

• Affiliates may use Frebly’s promotional materials only as authorized.
• All trademarks, logos, and brand assets remain the property of Frebly.
• Unauthorized use of intellectual property is prohibited.

11. Suspension & Termination

Frebly reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate any affiliate account at any time
• Withhold unpaid commissions in case of policy violations
• Restrict access to the affiliate system if misuse is detected

12. Limitation of Liability

Frebly shall not be liable for:

• Loss of earnings due to tracking issues
• Technical errors or system downtime
• Delayed or failed payouts due to incorrect details

Participation in the affiliate program is at your own risk.

13. Modifications

• Frebly may modify these Terms at any time.
• Continued participation after changes indicates acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
