Refund and Returns Policy

At Frebly, all products are custom-made and printed on demand. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Return for Change of Mind

Since our products are custom printed, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Wrong size selected by the customer
• Wrong color selected by the customer
• Design approved by the customer but later disliked
• Orders placed by mistake

Please check size chart, color, and design carefully before ordering.

2. When Refund or Replacement Is Allowed

Refund or replacement is only applicable in the following cases:

• Product received is damaged
• Product has printing defects
• Product received is different from the order placed

In such cases:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• You must provide clear photos or videos of the issue

Without proof, requests will not be accepted.

3. No Refund for Minor Variations

Please note:

• Slight color difference due to screen/display settings is not a defect
• Small print position variation (within normal tolerance) is not a defect
• Fabric texture or feel difference is not a defect

These are normal in print-on-demand products and not eligible for refund or return.

4. Replacement Policy

If your claim is approved:

• We will provide a replacement of the same product
• Replacement depends on stock and production availability
• No cash refund unless replacement is not possible

5. Order Cancellation

• Orders cannot be cancelled once they are sent for printing
• Cancellation requests after order confirmation will not be accepted

6. Shipping Issues

• Delay caused by courier, weather, strikes, or unforeseen events is not refundable
• Incorrect address provided by the customer is not eligible for refund
• If the order is returned due to wrong address, re-shipping charges will apply

7. Refund Processing (If Applicable)

If a refund is approved:

• Refund will be processed to the original payment method
• Processing time: 5–10 business days
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

8. Final Decision

All refund and return requests are reviewed carefully.
Frebly reserves the right to make the final decision on all cases.
